Scarecrows at the Polk

It was a tight election. Out of 44 in-person ballots cast, a three way tie emerged between The Balloon Shop’s “Straw and Stitches,” Bloomstall’s “Bring Me Something Shiny,” and Little Neighbors’ “Franny the Friendly Neighbor” with 8 votes a piece. However, the absentee online vote granted “Franny” a sizable lead with an additional 29 votes.
