The President James K. Polk Home and Museum invited local artists to create works of art inspired by the Home, its collections, and the lives and legacies of James and Sarah Polk.  28 artists responded with paintings, drawings, photographs, sculptures, and craft pieces that are displayed in the special exhibition "Art at the Polk" at Polk Presidential Hall.

The exhibit will run through February 18.  The admission price is $5 per adult and $3 per child.  Visitors who purchase tickets to the Polk Home and Museum can add admission to Polk Presidential Hall for $2 extra.  "Art at the Polk" is open during the Polk Home's regular operating hours.

The James K. Polk Home and Museum is located at 301 W. 7th Street in downtown Columbia, TN.

Free parking is available in the lot across 7th Street or along High Street on the east side of the main house.
